After three sips of drinking the tea from brewing it for just 10 minutes, I felt my stomach starting to gently get to work. After doing some tasks, I drank 3 quarters of the tea and then immediately I felt the need to go to the bathroom and thereafter released much more than usual in my bowel movement.
